Job summary

McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to help keep our distribution center running smoothly on a Sunday–Thursday schedule. You will plan and direct warehouse activities, supervise teams, and focus on morale, standards, and cost control to support patient care nationwide.

The role requires 3+ years in distribution/warehouse leadership, a 4-year degree preferred, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Flexibility for night hours and overtime as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of subject matter experience including leadership capabilities.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Experience with Excel and MS Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and make strong business decisions.
• Demonstrated employee engagement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible night hours (Sunday–Thursday, 5PM start); adjust shift/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager with planning, organizing and directing warehouse activities for successful night shift operations.
• Assist with leading workers and Lead persons.
• Maintain positive morale, work standards and develop teams.
• Train and manage employee performance.
• Find root-level solutions to problems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local policies.
• Control expenses and reduce overtime where possible.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and housekeeping to standard.
