Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Sr. Team Coordinator to guide warehouse and crossdock workflows on a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on shipping/receiving, regulatory documentation, and continuous improvement within a warehouse or crossdock environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventories, and ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met, with opportunities to train entry-level personnel and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive, relevant experience.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment.
• Ability to read and understand regulatory manuals.
• Commitment to a safe working environment.
• Able to work in a self-directed environment.
• Must pass required regulatory training.
• Ability to handle regulated materials documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide the workflow of warehouse/crossdock employees.
• Facilitate safety teams as directed.
• Review the work of warehouse employees for accuracy and compliance with customer standards.
• Crossdock materials to proper trailers and record cross-docked goods.
• Load outbound products and ensure damage-free delivery.
• Attend safety meetings and report unsafe conditions.
