Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or military rank E-6/E-7/O-1/O-2 with leadership experience.
• Minimum six months of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment with demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two FTE reports with coaching, development, recognition, and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in warehouse operations.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure schedules are implemented correctly and jobs are assigned and completed.
• Manage vacation and time-off scheduling to minimize disruption and meet customer needs.
• Lead teammates on the floor and communicate work instructions and safety practices.
• Drive improvement through coaching and corrective actions; promote safety through meetings and 5S standards.
