Qualifications

• Directly supervise 20+ employees in the Operations area.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and assign tasks based on workload.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain harmony among staff.
