Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. in West Chester, OH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of 20+ warehouse staff on day shift, ensuring accurate inventory, timely inbound/outbound scheduling, and safe, compliant operations.

This full-time on-site role offers a 5:30am-2:30pm schedule, competitive pay range of $55,000-$60,000 per year, benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k, plus growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees in a warehouse/operations setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of inventory adjustments and audits.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accuracy of stock areas.
• Manage computerized inventory records and cycle counts.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs and schedule staff accordingly.
• Direct workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain harmony among workers.
• Oversee payroll processing for the department.
