Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Supervisor of Operations for a Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shift. You will supervise 20+ staff, plan inbound/outbound schedules, and ensure accurate inventory and payroll processing.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and involves coordinating safety procedures, training, and performance reviews to meet customer metrics in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Directly supervises 20+ employees in the area of Operations.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs based on workload and schedules staff accordingly.
• Reviews and updates procedures; communicates them to warehouse staff.
• Tracks productivity and evaluates performance by team and function.
• Manages payroll for the department.
• Advises employees on handling, storage, and movement of items; safety practices.
• Traces inventory discrepancies and suggests corrective actions.
