DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor on Second Shift to ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will lead frontline associates, implement processes to optimize performance, and foster a safe, productive work environment that supports our reputation as a global leader.

Candidates with supervisory experience preferred and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent are encouraged to apply. Minimum 1+ years in operations leadership and 1+ years in logistics are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and drive a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline staff.
