Job summary

GEODIS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Ohio for the First Shift (Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm). You will coordinate daily DC activities, supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure accuracy in inventory and orders.

The role includes payroll input, onboarding, and driving process improvements in a safety-conscious environment. The ideal candidate has supervisory warehouse experience, proficiency with WMS and labor systems, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily activities within the distribution center.
• Supervises staff and directs work related to order fulfillment, inventory, stocking, and material handling.
• Prepares work schedules and manages variability in labor needs.
• Monitors labor hours and payroll in electronic timekeeping systems.
• Interviews and trains new teammates.
• Ensures team alignment with performance goals and safety policies.
• Recommends process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency.
• Reviews records for accuracy and stock level adequacy.
