Job summary

GEODIS in Edison, NJ is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, track hours, and direct a team across one or more accounts. You will coordinate shipping schedules, labor needs for rework, and cycle counts while ensuring safety and accuracy in inbound/outbound processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related warehouse experience or equivalent training.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, preferably Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Synapse training is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and write basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Tracks employee hours in account to provide feedback.
• Directs team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight to storage locations safely.
• Pulls and prepares product for shipment with exact quantities.
• Performs picking duties efficiently meeting customer and company standards.
