Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula in our Kentucky distribution facility. This role supports our foodservice customers by transporting pallets and freight using forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe, efficient manner.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 5:00pm–2:30am, with compensation of $26.13 per hour and benefits starting Day 1. Candidates must lift 10–90 pounds, work in multi‑temperature environments, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Transports items to be shipped into the trailer with a forklift, pallet jack or by hand in the correct stop sequence.
• Moves outgoing products from staging area to the loading dock with forklift.
• Wraps pallets and secures loads with shipping labels in place as needed.
• Inspects trailers and pallets and ensures safety and cleanliness before loading.
• Maintains productivity and accuracy per location and company guidelines.
