Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) seeks a warehouse selector to pick cases from multi-level racks and prepare orders for shipment. You will operate a pallet jack/forklift, wrap pallets, and ensure accuracy while following safety procedures.

This role offers a night shift schedule Sun-Thu, 6:00 PM to finish, with 8–10 hour shifts on average. Competitive compensation plus Day 1 health benefits, PTO, 401K matching, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Lift and move 10–35 lbs regularly, up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Become EPJ certified within training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place palletized items on pallets, wrap and label for shipment.
• Coordinate with team to maintain safe, efficient product flow.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and meet productivity standards.
• Perform duties to support warehouse operations and safety.
