Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse supervisor to coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates and ensure service, safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. You will plan, assign and direct work within a designated area, supervise forklift operations, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, and address defects and safety concerns with timely corrective actions.

This role requires onsite work in a cold or dry storage environment and may include weekend shifts with a flexible

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and product relocation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment inspections and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report discrepancies.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach and provide feedback.
