CJ Logistics America is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a dedicated shift at our Joliet logistics center. You will coach a team, implement daily work plans, and work with cross-functional partners to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

This role emphasizes frontline leadership and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coaching personnel, tracking forklift metrics, and ensuring payroll compliance while maintaining a union-free, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred – or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership skills with organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Excellent planning and verbal/written communication skills; high EI.
• Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage and inspire the workforce; lead daily shift meetings; resolve issues; communicate goals and results.
• Drive operational excellence; implement work plans; support inventory control and audits; collaborate with leadership.
