Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Joliet Logistics Center, leading a shift to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. You will coach and develop the team, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee daily workflows, conduct safety activities, and participate in staffing decisions while ensuring payroll compliance and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred – or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supervising others.
• Proven leadership with organization and communication strengths.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
• Excellent planning and verbal/written communication skills; high EI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to engage with frontline employees and leadership to drive results.
