Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Full Time Night Shift Warehouse Operator. You will lead forklift operations, manage FEFO inventory, and coordinate inbound/outbound loads during 12-hour nights.

The role requires 3+ years forklift experience and SAP familiarity, plus GMP/HACCP knowledge. Work schedule is 6p-6a on a 2-2-3 rotation with a $750 night shift bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
• 3+ years warehouse/forklift experience.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory systems.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP regulations.
• Proficient with Outlook, MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead forklift operators in receiving, storage and distribution of all supplies and materials.
• Coordinate FEFO inventory control to ensure uninterrupted flow of product.
• Monitor inbound/outbound loads and adjust staffing for timely handling.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for forklift operations.
• Communicate workload needs to Front Office and supervise shift performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance across the shift.
