Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the Wearhouse and Production teams, directing operations to ensure quality and efficiency. The role involves coordinating with managers, implementing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement across warehousing and production processes.

The position operates on a 12-hour day shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, offering a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing required
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
• GMP and/or HACCP regulations knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and production teams and implement operational strategies
• Coordinate with departments and train staff on processes and SOPs
• Manage receiving, storage and distribution of supplies and products
• Assist in FIFO inventory setup and control
• Lead hiring, evaluations, promotions and disciplinary actions for hourly staff
• Support scheduling and staffing for shifts and special projects
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, GMPs and audit readiness in warehouse/production areas
• Communicate with other shifts and departments and participate in department head meetings
