Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN is hiring for a Full Time Night Shift role in our beverage production line. The position runs 12-hour shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule and a $2.00 night shift differential plus a $750 bonus.

Primary responsibilities include supervising Ingredient Control pre-weigh processes, leading kit assembly, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring strict adherence to recipes and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-weigh processes during shift and liaise with management and customer.
• Lead kit assembly for production, track inventory, and follow recipes.
• Ensure FEFO and accurate record-keeping.
• Adhere to GMP, Food Safety, and customer specifications.
• Maintain equipment and respond to production needs.
• Train and guide coworkers, minimize changeover time.
