Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Lead to supervise forklift operators and ensure efficient receiving, storage and distribution of materials. You will drive process improvements, maintain accurate records, and uphold GMP and food safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires 1+ years in manufacturing, forklift experience, and strong English literacy. Candidates should be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts and adapt to a loud,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Ability to work within warehouse management system and scanning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills.
• 3+ years Warehouse/Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead forklift operators in receiving, storage and distribution of supplies, products and raw materials.
• Coordinate FEFO inventory control to ensure continuous product flow.
• Monitor inbound/outbound workflows and adjust staffing to meet deadlines.
• Provide SOPs and best practices for forklift operations.
• Communicate workload needs to Front Office and shift leads.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and safety compliance with GMP standards.
