Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage finished goods and raw materials inventory. You will verify counts, oversee locations, and coordinate with VP Production and Shipping to keep production on track.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-department collaboration, and adherence to GMP practices. The position supports 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with day or night options, and includes a $2 night shift differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a blending or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and customer portals.
• Strong understanding of inventory control.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.
• Regular computer use and filing of records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Customer scheduled production across all variety pack lines.
• Ensure materials are at correct location prior to production.
• Verify inventory issued to VP production orders.
• Work cross-departmentally to troubleshoot inventory variances and deficiencies.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Production on training and updates.
• Monitor and troubleshoot material consumption for Finished Goods creation.
• Record discrepancies and adjust counts or report reasons.
