Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing Company is seeking a Full Time Manual Labor associate in Cold Spring, MN. The role focuses on safe shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished goods, with 12-hour shifts and rotating days.

The salary range is $19.00 to $21.50 hourly, plus a $750 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include operating equipment per GMPs, feeding the FEFO/FIFO system, training new hires, and maintaining accurate counts and labels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates equipment per GMPs and safety protocols.
• Assist in setting up and controlling FEFO/FIFO inventory to ensure uninterrupted flow.
• Manage loads and paperwork handling best practices.
• Train/mentor new hires as directed by Supervisors.
• Ensure production has correct packaging for the day.
• Maintain accurate counts of finished product.
• Verify labels with date code, pallet number, state, and on-hold status.
