Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time day shift in Cold Spring, MN. This role oversees the Wearhouse and Production teams, driving operations efficiency and quality across warehousing and production processes.

You will train staff, implement FIFO systems, and coordinate with other managers while ensuring GMP compliance and safety standards. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures.
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing required.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and production teams to meet objectives.
• Direct and implement operations strategies and improve processes.
• Train production leads, dock coordinators, and distribution clerks.
• Manage receiving, storage and distribution of supplies and products.
• Set up and control FIFO inventory to ensure smooth product flow.
• Assist in hiring, evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions for hourly staff.
• Coordinate with departments and supervise scheduling for shifts and projects.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance across warehouse and production.
• Attend department head meetings and communicate across shifts and functions.
