Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is looking for a motivated warehouse associate to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and hand off items to Dashers while ensuring quality and rotation.

Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and opportunities for advancement within DashMart.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum age 18.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or food/healthcare settings is a plus.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory, ensure product quality and rotation.
• Pick, pack, and sort orders; use scanning tech to hand off to Dashers.
• Assist in light food prep where applicable and maintain warehouse safety.
• Coordinate with Runners/Dashers and help manage parking lot flow when needed.
• Maintain a positive, respectful team environment.
