Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring for a warehouse roles focused on fast-paced, physical operations. You will receive, stock, and organize inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Able to work well in a team and handle varied duties.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food/beverage, administrative or healthcare.
• Customer-facing experience and delight customers.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds; standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring products accounted for and safeguarded.
• Pick, pack and sort: Scan packages, pick and stage orders, and handoff to Dashers.
• Delight customers: Communicate clearly with customers through the app for substitutions.
• Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe working environment per DashMart standards.
• Be a team player: Collaborate with the team and share ideas while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Runner/Dasher coordination: Guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations and direct traffic.
• Food preparation: Assist in light kitchen tasks and pre-packaging.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.
