Job summary

DoorDash is seeking team-oriented individuals to join DashMart's fast-paced, warehouse-based operations. You will receive, stock, and safeguard inventory, scan and pick orders, and coordinate with Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer-focused communication through the DoorDash app. Ideal candidates are able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and learn basic kitchen tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand and perform warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Retail, customer service, or food/beverage experience encouraged.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and safeguard inventory; monitor quality and rotation.
• Scan packages, pick and stage orders, and hand off to Dashers.
• Communicate clearly with customers through the app for substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organize space; complete cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Coordinate runners and Dashers to pickup locations; direct traffic as needed.
• Assist with light food preparation and packaging for delivery.
