Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is a local-fulfillment center delivering groceries, retail items and meals. This role involves fast-paced warehouse operations, inventory receiving, order picking, packing, and assisting Dashers.

You will engage with customers via the app, support in-store processes, and participate in light food preparation where applicable, all while maintaining safety and teamwork in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, or similar.
• Willing to learn basic kitchen skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: receive, stock, and safeguard inventory.
• Pick, pack and sort: scan, stage orders, hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: communicate clearly in-app for substitutions.
• Warehouse organization and safety: maintain safe, clean, compliant working environment.
• Be a team player: contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
