Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated team member for DashMart in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will receive, stock, and manage inventory, assist with order picking and packing, and coordinate with Dashers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries preferred.
• Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodations).

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: receive and stock inventory, prevent loss or theft, ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort: scan packages, pick and stage orders, hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: communicate clearly with customers via the app for substitutions.
• Warehouse organization and safety: maintain a safe environment and clean/organize as directed.
• Be a team player: contribute to a positive environment and collaborate with teammates.
• Runner/Dasher coordination: guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations and manage parking lot flow.
• Food preparation (where applicable): assist in light preparation and pre-packaging food items.
