Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated individual to support DashMart operations in a fast-paced warehouse. You will receive, stock, pick, pack, and sort inventory, while ensuring accuracy and safety. Excellent communication with Dashers and customers helps deliver a reliable service.

You will work as part of a team, coordinating runners and Dashers, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements. Prior retail, food, or service experience is valuable for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-facing experience in retail, food, or service environments is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management, ensure accurate stock and product rotation.
• Pick, pack and sort orders; scan and hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers by communicating clearly through the app and approvals.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse; follow safety standards and procedures.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Coordinate runners and Dashers and support parking lot management where applicable.
• Assist in light food preparation if required.
