Winland Foods in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support production, packaging, and shipping. The role features 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation (6:00 pm–6:30 am) with a base rate of $22.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential and potential bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Experience with SAP inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials, ensure FIFO rotation, and stage materials to prevent downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and safety policies; report safety concerns.
• Use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting; maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area and participate in 5S activities.
