Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Nights Entry Packaging Team Member in Lee's Summit, MO. The role runs 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule, located at 200 NW.

Victoria Drive. Base pay is $22.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities. The job requires a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification is preferred (willingness to obtain if needed).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Inspect products for labeling, alignment, and packaging; perform manual packing and palletizing.
