Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support production, packaging, and shipping operations in Lee's Summit, MO. You will operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure proper stock rotation while maintaining food-safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and certifications (e.g., forklift, SAP) are available, with a schedule of 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation, from 6:00 pm

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and similar equipment desired.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and SAP training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a production warehouse.
• Manage inventory and support FIFO rotation and accurate material staging.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and company safety policies to maintain sanitation and quality.
• Use SAP and scanners to record transfers and inventory movements.
