Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support production and packaging operations at our Lee's Summit facility. The role involves operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring FIFO/FEFO material flow with strong attention to safety and quality.

Employees will handle documentation, participate in process improvements, and follow GMP, HACCP, SQF and FSMA guidelines while working a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating forklifts and SAP inventory systems is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
• Move materials, stage inventory, and ensure FIFO rotation.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA and company safety policies.
