Job summary

Winland Foods in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Certified Warehouse Team Member for a 12 Hour Night Shift. You will move materials across warehouse, production and packaging, operate forklifts, and manage inventory with strict FIFO/FEFO controls while upholding SQF, GMP, and HACCP standards.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule: 6:00pm–6:30am, 2-2-3.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; forklift certification a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts and handling pallets in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to follow GMP/SQF/HACCP guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform counts.
• Rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO and support material flow.
• Follow safety regs and keep area clean and audit-ready.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and documentation.
