Ingram Micro is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead overnight warehouse activities in a highly automated facility. The role emphasizes overseeing ASRS-driven processes, coordinating multi-system workflows, and ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity during the night shift.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASRS, robotics, and integrated WMS platforms, serving as a key operations leader, resolving system issues, and driving throughput.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment center, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations within a highly automated environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience working with ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems).
• Experience managing operations across multiple warehouse systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift warehouse operations, ensuring daily productivity, quality, and service goals are achieved.
• Direct the activities of warehouse associates, technicians, and support personnel in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Manage receiving, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping activities.
• Monitor workflow and labor allocation to maximize operational efficiency and throughput.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and system‑related issues during the shift.
