Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an experienced warehouse leader to supervise and coach a team, oversee inventory receipt, storage, and shipment, and drive process improvements. You will manage projects, ensure accuracy, and collaborate across departments to meet deadlines while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse operations with 3+ years in leadership, deep knowledge of WMS and lean practices, and strong Excel skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.
• Experience in outbound logistics.
• Minimum 5 years functional experience including 3 years specific experience and 1 year of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team: supervise and coach warehouse associates, set performance goals, provide regular feedback.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory and ensure process adherence.
• Audit goods and maintain accurate inventory records, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects from start to finish and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely deliveries and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain safety protocols and a secure work environment.
