Ingram Micro in Eastvale, CA seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team on the 2nd shift, 12pm-9:30pm, with overtime possible. You will supervise associates, drive lean processes, and ensure safe, accurate receiving, storage, and shipping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations.

• Lead and develop the warehouse team, set performance goals, and provide feedback.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory with focus on efficiency.
• Audit goods, maintain inventory accuracy, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Lead projects from start to finish and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and safety.
• Maintain safety protocols and secure working environment.
