Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations, shipping, or distribution.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS, inventory systems, and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise night shift warehouse associates, shipping clerks, and support personnel to meet daily goals.
• Oversee outbound shipping activities: order fulfillment, staging, loading, shipping docs, carrier coordination.
• Ensure orders ship accurately and on time while meeting productivity/quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, labor utilization, and staffing across the shift.
• Maintain inventory records; support cycle counts and audits.
• Escalate operational issues and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
