Job summary

Grainger is seeking a warehouse associate for an onsite role in Ohio. The position starts at $20.40 per hour with progressive raises up to $21.60 per hour, plus additional $1 per hour for PIE operations and overnight shifts. Night shifts available, 7:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort standing for long periods and working around moving equipment.
• For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment such as crown, reach truck, order picker.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks: unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick and pack products.
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity and attendance requirements; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Operate scanning equipment and follow OSHA and hazardous material guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
