Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality during guest arrivals and departures. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist guests with luggage, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and revenue when needed.
