Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is hiring a Utility Operator to support production in cheese and cold storage areas. You will help with setup, cleaning, and operation of equipment, while maintaining GMP standards and a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in food production, can work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule, and are reliable team players who communicate well and adapt to changing tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food production or production manufacturing experience.
• Able to work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off.

Responsibilities

• Assists in setup, cleaning, and operation of towers, sealers, and boxers.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow GMP standards.
• Understand ERP/NAV interface and assist maintenance in troubleshooting equipment.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor/lead.
