Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Utility Operator to join our production teams in the cheese and cold storage areas. This entry-level role focuses on keeping plant areas safe, sanitary, and efficient while covering for others as needed.

The position supports operators and may take on special duties as assigned. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of food production experience, show dependability and teamwork, and are willing to work a rotating 12-hour night schedule with holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food production or production manufacturing experience desired.
• Able to communicate effectively, work as a team, and interact with staff at all levels.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, learn and master tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate towers, sealers, and boxers; assist maintenance with troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMP standards.
• Understand ERP/NAV interface and use it in daily tasks.
