Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) is hiring a Utility Operator to support cheese and cold storage production. This entry-level role helps keep the plant safe, clean, and efficient while covering for teammates as needed.

You will work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule with every other weekend off; holidays shifts required. We value dependable, honest, and team-oriented individuals who communicate well and are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level production work in cheese and cold storage areas.
• Keep the plant areas safe, sanitary, and efficient.
• Cover for other operators as needed for absences or training.
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and operation of towers, sealers, and boxers.
• Follow GMP standards and maintain housekeeping.
