Job summary

The Tillamook County Creamery Association is hiring a Utility Operator to support production in our cheese and cold storage departments. You will keep plant areas safe, sanitary, and efficient, and provide coverage for other operators as needed.

We value dependable, honest team players who communicate well, are willing to learn, and can work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule (including every other weekend and holiday shifts).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food production or production manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and learn tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively and work as a team.
• Able to work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule with every other weekend; holiday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, cleaning, and operation of the towers, sealers, and boxers.
• Maintain GMP practices and a clean work area.
• Understand ERP/NAV and use its interface.
• Assist maintenance in troubleshooting problems with equipment.
• Maintain general housekeeping per Make Room MSS.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/lead.
