Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Utility Operator to support cheese and cold storage production. You will help with setup, cleaning, and operation of equipment, while maintaining safe and sanitary work areas in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and clear communication across all levels of the organization, with a rotating 12-hour night shift and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food production or production manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges; goal oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively and interact with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level work in production departments (cheese and cold storage).
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and efficient work areas in the plant.
• Assist with setup, cleaning, and operation of towers, sealers, and boxers.
• Support maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Follow GMP standards and keep work area clean.
