Job summary

Amgen NC is seeking a Manager of Maintenance Utilities for the night shift to lead a diverse team of operators, electricians, and HVAC technicians. You will drive start-up activities, develop long-term strategies, and manage budgets for utility services and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 10+ years in Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance or equivalent.
• Associates/Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate with progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience directly managing people and/or leading teams, projects or resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead site utility staff and service providers for continuous operations.
• Develop and implement budgets and goals for utility services and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee maintenance programs including preventive, predictive and corrective activities.
• Improve staff productivity and resource utilization across facilities.
