Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under supervision and supports the care team.
• Performs unit clerical duties including charting and scheduling.
• Maintains patient environment cleanliness and safety.
• Assists with tests/procedures as needed and documents in records.
• May observe for suicide prevention and provide information to care team.
