Job summary

WellSpan Health in York, PA is seeking a part-time receptionist for a 0.6 FTE role (72 hours biweekly). The night shift runs 7pm–7am, with every 3rd weekend work and eligibility for shift differential.

The role serves as a central contact for visitors, calls, and distribution of paper and electronic communications, including lab results. The successful candidate will transcribe physician orders, maintain medical records, schedule patient care services, and provide electronic data entry support

• Acts as receptionist for visitors and central contact for telephone calls and distribution of paper/electronic communication, lab results and medical records.
• Transcribes physician orders accurately and maintains medical records.
• Schedules patient care services and performs electronic data entry and retrieval.
• Provides clinical support to patient care staff and may take vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and stock supplies.
