Job summary

WellSpan York Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver professional nursing care on a 0.9 FTE night shift, with every third weekend and holiday requirements. The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to evidence-based practices.

The nurse will act as primary bedside caregiver, coordinate with disciplines, and support quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or Associates; BSN preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• 2 years inpatient RN experience; 1 year Labor & Delivery RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following nursing process and hospital standards.
• Safely administer prescribed treatments, meds, and interventions.
• Organize and prioritize care based on patient status and workload.
