Qualifications

• Experience in nursing administration and personnel management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience and supervisory responsibility.
• Current RN licensure with multi-state endorsement and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers the nursing program during evening or night shifts and coordinates its activities.
• Receives and reviews reports; conducts rounds to assess patient condition.
• Oversees facilities, equipment, supplies to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies, safety standards, and education requirements.
