Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an overnight Production Operator to coordinate with the supervisory team, lead and monitor shift activities, and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

You will inspect products, manage equipment setup, and support audit and training processes. The role requires 1–3 years of operator experience, proficiency with SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office, and the flexibility to work a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of equipment operator experience, preferably in dairy/food manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and computer-based applications; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisory team to assign, lead, review and monitor work to maximize productivity and prevent downtime on an assigned shift.
• Ensure SOPs are followed to maintain consistency, efficiency, product quality and safety, and compliance with guidelines.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications and direct equipment setup and adjustments.
