Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Minnesota seeks a reliable Production Operator for overnight manufacturing runs. You will monitor box lines, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain safe, efficient operation of packaging equipment.

Requirements include a high school diploma and basic math skills; prior manufacturing experience is a plus. The role offers night shifts from 6pm to 6am and opportunities for growth within a leading global dairy company.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or food production experience is beneficial.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• A basic understanding of GMPs and safety rules.
• Ability to count and tally production information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure box formers are filled to maintain continuous production.
• Verify box codes and conduct change-overs between products.
• Troubleshoot box jams or gluer issues and operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report downtime to supervision.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate production records.
